This is now fixed. It was only affecting nucleic polymers that did not have a Phosphorus atom in the first group. This was a bad bug ... A missing comma in a table caused the definition to change. But it was not caught by the compiler because the subsequent entry was a unary negation operator ... which got changed to subtraction.
