Here we go! Take a peek. One of my students and I put this together 
today. (Only the A1 stretch mode works right now.) Go ahead and change 
the atoms, distance or angle.  Is this fun, or what? The only trouble I 
see is that no one will really appreciate what is going on.

By the way, I sure would like to be able to scale those vectors to be 
longer.....
