At the beginning of May 2004 we had some discussions about chains and polymers.
I was introduced to the term 'proteolysis' and learned that a pdb chain can be split into two or more polymer chains. I have restructured the Jmol code to account for this. Connectivity between bonds is used to determine whether or not individual groups are connected. And polymers should now be detected even if they span chains. I now need some complicated examples of broken chains. I am using 1B07, but need some more examples.
