Summary: color hbonds type

in demo to javier ... 1crn.pdb ...

color hbonds type does not seem to be doing the right
thing ... because if the hbond is associated with a
group that is in a beta shett, even though this hbond
is not part of the sheet, it is being colored yellow.

ah, those are S-S bonds. They are supposed to be yellow. But
I do see your point. It's important to use "hbonds ON" prior
to "color hbonds TYPE"

Only then do you get the cool type-colors. I'll make that
note in the documentation.
