Category: None Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Submitted By: Miguel (migueljmol) Assigned to: Miguel (migueljmol) Summary: color hbonds type Initial Comment: in demo to javier ... 1crn.pdb ... color hbonds type does not seem to be doing the right thing ... because if the hbond is associated with a group that is in a beta shett, even though this hbond is not part of the sheet, it is being colored yellow. ditto for helix ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Date: 2004-07-14 01:01 Message: Logged In: NO ah, those are S-S bonds. They are supposed to be yellow. But I do see your point. It's important to use "hbonds ON" prior to "color hbonds TYPE" Only then do you get the cool type-colors. I'll make that note in the documentation.
