It's a reverse-order list, newest at the top:
Hmmm ... another Apple Mac OS X bug ...
jmol: Script completed jmol: jmol: 24 atoms selected jmol: moveTo .1 .2 .3 30 3 jmol: Jmol executing script ... user: moveTo .1 .2 .3 30 3 jmol: Script completed jmol: jmol: 24 atoms selected jmol: moveTo 1 2 3 4 5 jmol: Jmol executing script ...
This is not showing up on Mac OS X 10.3.3 with Safari 1.2.1 (v125.1)
So I did not see it.
As you can see, that message from Jmol from the moveTo is blank, unless it's in a second parameter. (the atoms selected return comes from this being added to a default script. I know that's not obvious.)
Correct. The moveTo command does not have output.
It is important to see the output from the command
show axisangle
Because that way a person can position the molecule like they like it, with the mouse. Then determine what axisangle they need to give to the moveTo command in order to rotate to the same spot.
