>Category: File Input/Output Group: None >Status: Closed >Resolution: Works For Me Priority: 5 Submitted By: Peter Murray-Rust (petermr) Assigned to: Egon Willighagen (egonw) Summary: rss plugin does not display crystal axes Initial Comment: the attached CMLRSS file contains crystal structures. it displays the crystal axes correctly in standalone jmol but when called from rssplugin does not display them (and assumes they are 1.0, 1.0, etc.) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Egon Willighagen (egonw) Date: 2004-09-28 15:24 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=25678 It works with Jmol HEAD. I assume this was resolved when I modified the CDKEditBus API to use setChemFile(Reader) so that Jmol does the reading instead of the plugin. My working environment: 10pre14b, RSSViewer 0.12. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Miguel (michaelthoward) Date: 2004-05-14 21:52 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=608250 Is this a v9 issue or a v10 issue? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Peter Murray-Rust (petermr) Date: 2004-03-02 16:44 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=125666 the rss feed is at: http://wwmm.ch.cam.ac.uk/rss/cryst/cmlcrystrss.xml so you can test this. BTW we originally had cell axes as dictRef="cml:a", etc. this is consistent with the schema (which defines only the order of scalar) but we changed it to "a" in case this was hardcode d P. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=379133&aid=908377&group_id=23629 ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: YOU BE THE JUDGE.
