Douglas, Our GamessReader is rather immature and has not had much use. In this case, the problem was caused by the fact that your substrate.log file did not have any frequencies calculated ... but our GamesReader was assuming that "FREQUENCY:" was present in the file. I have fixed this bug and the file now can be read. It will be released within the next week or two.
