A very good question ...

I just went in and deleted the 'HELIX', 'SHEET', and 'TURN' records from
1CRN.pdb, then saved it as something else.

If you look at the console you will see lots of debugging output during
the process of calculating the structures.

Q: Can anyone recommend anything smaller/simpler that would be good for
recognizing sheets? Even a fragment? One for parallel and a separate one
for antiparallel ...
