I did have a ~/.cvspass file ... and there was an entry just like this. *HOWEVER*, I deleted it, logged out, logged back in, and successfully did an anonymous checkout without doing a cvs login cvs -d:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/jmol co -d Jmol-ANON Jmol Afterwards there was nothing in my .cvspass file.
