Jmol has adopted the DRuMS colors in some areas, but not all. What do you think about adding some additional 'color' commands to support the various 'drums' schemes. color atoms drums-macromolecule color atoms drums-element color atoms drums-polarity color atoms drums-charge color atoms drums-nucleotide-pairs color atoms drums-nucleotide-bases 'atoms' could be replaced with any other type of object (trace, backbone, etc.) These names may not be good. Tim, I think this is on your list of things to do :-) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Miguel (michaelthoward) Date: 2004-03-08 05:38 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=608250 I agree that the names are quite long. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: molvisions (molvisions) Date: 2004-03-08 04:55 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=920824 Miguel and Paul, this is on my list and I like your suggestions. although the commands are a bit long. I'll try to think up something shorter... :tim ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=379133&aid=911813&group_id=23629 ------------------------------------------------------- SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide Read honest & candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users.
