Miguel, I think I found a problem with Jmol.js with Konqueror 3.3.1... then I open a second example from the beta test, the codeBase is not updated, which causes the loaded file not to be found -> wrong directory... I'm running Sun's Java 1.4.2_02...
Did anyone else notice this too? I'm not sure how to debug this...
