no, hbonds as hbonds :-)  but for example, let's say I have a protein-DNA 
complex like 1d66.pdb (Gal4).  I want to show the protein in wireframe with 
side chain hbonds.  but I also want to show the DNA in backbone with backbone 
hbonds - this is a popular way to look at DNA 'overall'.

does that make sense?
