Summary: propose selection by group of atoms

Initial Comment:
hi,

currently, and in accordance with Chime and Rasmol behavior, one
can select multiple atoms using atomno= like this:

select atomno=1,atomno=2,atomno=3

I would like to see a way to more easily select groups of atoms,
similar in syntax to selecting groups of residues. something like this:

select atomgroup(1,2,3-15,22,105,115-294)

the same result can be attained using current command syntax, but it
is painful.

regards,

tim d
