Why not.

Concerning the translation, will it be possible to translate it to "Aucun[ des 
atomes]" and GT.java retains "Aucun" ? Or will it be needed to translate it to 
"Aucun" ?

What about "[xx] text [xx]" ? Almost joking ;)
I don't it is needed but if it is not used, we need to put a remark in the 
howto to prevent people from translating "text [xx]" to "[xx] text [xx]" which 
could happen (not often) if the translation is done to have a meaningful 
sentence in the translation

Yes.
Without (1), it wouldn't be needed because we could use [label...] instead of 
[...].
