with Jmol Version 10.00.13 2005/06/01 02:12 the output from show
orientation couldn't be pasted because the moveto command seems to be
case sensitive now.
by the way I tried this with an example of MODEL and altLoc 1xhj which had
[LYS]41:A.1h2;A/4
near this position
show orientation
moveTo 1 750 629 203 112.3 297;
OR
#Follows Z-Y-Z convention for Euler angles
reset; rotate z 66.9; rotate y 108.9; rotate z -33.2; zoom 297;
but moveTo results in:
moveTo 1 750 629 203 112.3 297
command expected : moveTo 1 750 629 203 112.3 297
