Nico, After spending a long time investigating I have determined that the Jmol.js that is being used on the Jmol web site has a bug. That is the problem with the frames. I also think that the version of Jmol.js is significantly older than the JmolApplet?.jar Q: What versions of the JmolApplet and Jmol.js do you think we should be running on the web site.
