hi all,

how do I run Jmol on Linux? I checked out a clean copy from CVS and ran a
clean build, and it did not complain:

cvs -d:ext:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/jmol co Jmol
ant clean main

but then this:

java Jmol.jar

gives this error:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Jmol/jar

I am running Java 1.5.0_03. any suggestions?
Never tried Jmol on Linux, but something like : java -jar Jmol.jar should work better ;) Also, in the Jmol directory there's a jmol.sh file, a script to run Jmol under unix: try using it.
