Category: None Group: None Status: Open Priority: 5 Submitted By: lisensky (lisensky) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Hydroxide Initial Comment: Is it possible to add OH as a recognized chemical element? Many mineral structures have both oxide (O) and hydroxide (OH) groups but frequently the H atoms are not located crystallographically. List of coordinates then label oxygens with attached hydrogens as element OH. jmol currently interprets element OH as H, both in atom color and in element name. This is not bad but having the label as OH would be better.
