Summary: "hover" ignored in applet script parameter

Initial Comment:
In jmol applet 10.00.32, no hover commands seem to
work in the applet script parameter. Hover commands
work from the applet console, and in the application.
Note that earlier it was reported that "background hover"
has similar problems (I didn't test that).

Fixed and checked in.
Will be part of next prerelease.
Problem was that the hover shape was not being loaded by the
hover() command.

In fact, it was not being loaded until someone did the hover
... presumably when they tried to see if the command had
worked.

10.00.34 stays the same as described by Eric.
It does work if the user clicks on a button that executes
the script, but not if the script is run unattended --either
on applet loading or later--.
