Hi, I've been working on using Jmol for an application of mine and in
the process I've updated the parts of the Jmol code that uses the CDK to
take into account the new interface based approach used in the CDK.

The changes span 2 or 3 files and also requires that jmol2cdk.jar be
updated.

Would it be useful for the project to merge these changes into the CVS
sources?

I ask because, when using the latest CDK and the current version of Jmol
together, Java gives some strange exceptions due to clashes between the
old style functions in jmol2cdk.jar and the new ones in the latest CDK
jar files.

Thanks,
