I have committed a new version of build-i18n.xml that should fix the
problem.
Could you give it a try to be sure that it works ?

I modified build.xml so that the generation of translations to other languages
is done automatically when building Jmol jars. Apparently, this is a problem
when gettext is not installed on the computer. I will try to fix it this
evening after work.
For the moment, search in build.xml for main-i18n and remove it (it is in the
depends of the jar task).
