Egon, the empty <a id="k26"> </a> is intentional. Is that what you
were referring to as "missing"? These are the anchors that are used to
link back to a discussion from the index.

I didn't try to recreate the App XML doc from bob's online doc.
I tried to download it automatically, but still haven't found a solution
for this part.
Ok, will try to look at it asap.
Grmph..... was not easy; is not pretty, but works again. Sort of... see below.
I've uploaded the 28 september docs into the user guide.
The problems that remain (other than being a rather ugly workflow... :), is
that there are a few missing <a id="">'s I think...
The XML output has something like:
<jmolcmd>
<cmdname><a id="background">background</a><a id="k26"> </a>
</cmdname>
from which I use the <a id=""> to refer to, but a few fail:
[java] Error: no ID for constraint linkend: spacefill.
[java] XRef to nonexistent id: spacefill
Do you think this is coming from my using "id" instead of "name in the
anchor tag? I have this in there:
<jmolcmd>
<cmdname><a id="spacefill">spacefill</a><a id="k328"> </a>
</cmdname>
shouldn't that do it? You could probably change every occurance of "a
id" to "a name" and see if that fixes it. If so, I'll put that in.
The problem is that the HTML output does seem to work...
:) Better than if the HTML output didn't work, I think! :)
Will have to look into this...
Also layout in descriptions does not make it into DocBook... to hard to
do... :(
Is that because the HTML tables and such are hardcoded there?
Anything I can do that would allow this? You might have to show me
what you mean "does not make it into DocBook." I'd like this to be no
problem on the DocBook end. We can make it look just about like
whatever you want it to look like in terms of XML, I think.
Bob
Nevertheless, the result is not that bad...
Egon
