Really? I think, option 1 is more useful for the end-user, because then
he gets the applet presented in his native language. But maybe I am
wrong.

Nothing. I was arguing, that one single jar is the best solution for
users, developers ans vendors. Therefor I grabbed Nicolas thoughts.
