Summary: translation jumpy

Initial Comment:
The moveTo command's translation component seems to be pretty jumpy
in comparison to the smooth rotations that occur when no translation is
invoked - see

http://moleculesinmotion.com/scitech/boyer/structure/dna/dna.htm
- click on the 6th "View Animation" button in the text div. You'll see the
move translate the structure upwards in small, discrete increments.

Miguel previously replied to me on this, when I posted to the users list
long ago:

But I must have forgotten to file the bug report, because I did not find one
at the tracker. Sorry about that Miguel!

I realized I had not assigned this to Miguel as I think I was supposed to, so I
have made that change.
