I think I can answer this one ;)
This change affects Eclipse and non-Eclipse users the same way.
That being said it will only affect users that are building Jmol-web
(the Jmol website) on their own computer from the source.
I think most users won't be affected.
Currently, the build procedure of Jmol-web copies a few files from a
directory named Jmol-HEAD
(user guide, developer guide, ...)
With the modification, the files will in directory copied from a
directory named Jmol (instead of Jmol-HEAD).
The only consequence can be that the guides won't be in the local build.
If someone is affected, the only thing that he needs to do is to
checkout Jmol As Jmol (not as Jmol-HEAD anymore)
