Even developers have different rights depending on what project admins gave them. Your own account is strange: you're the only developer with CVS access, and also the only one without SVN access. Ask to the one who gave you the access (Miguel or Egon) to fix the problem in the admin section of sourceforge. He may figure why your account is strange.
