Bob, I am not a good person to maintain the popup menus because I don't actually use Jmol. Tim Driscoll did the main structuring of the popup menu some time ago ... it may have been redone since then. I suggest that you coordinate with others and use your judgement. Changes to the popup menu entries are still 'fair game' for fixing at this point.
