You can visit the site I'm just developing at: http://zeltix.cecalc.ula.ve/moleculas/documentos/index.htm I want to implement isosurfaces on some molecules to be able to view oribitals in bonds... I used the .cube files included in the repository with the jmol application.. It couldn't load any. AGAIN.. This also happens when loading SPARTAN smol files, jmol cant read 'em even though they are en the repository.
