The internationalisation of error messages could be started before 10.2, it
won't be a problem (if not translated, then the english version will used).
I don't have the time (a lot of work at the office, and I want to deal with
MediaWiki extension quickly).
The only requirement with the GT._() function is that the string argument is a
true string (using the double quotes syntax, not a variable, not an expression)
and constant (variable parameters should be given in an array in the second
parameter of the function, the string containing things like {1}).
