Opening the old version at http://fahwiki.net/index.php/Jmol_MediaWiki_Extension The java cpu usage is about 7-8 % on my laptop. 2. Opening the new version at http://wiki.jmol.org/index.php/Jmol_MediaWiki_Extension and clicking on the start spinning. The java cpu usage is more than 20 % on my laptop where the molecule displayed is a lot less complex (ethanol) I had reports from two users in folding-community forums and they both experienced the same kind of thing.
