I'm betting that means all the coordinate positions were assigned 0,0,0, and the pink is because the element was not identified.

Ok, I tested this again at home and I have the same problem with the
trunk version of Jmol (I tried with application).
And I am lost :(

When opening Jmol-web/source/doc/fah/projects/p2116.xyz.gz, I get a pink
screen instead of the molecule.
When playing with the mouse wheel, the display changes :
- for some zoom levels, the display is entirely pink
- for some zoom levels, the display is normal
correct displays and totally incorrect displays are inserted between
each others

Help !

I'll take a look at it.

Miguel
