That's a difficult one. I've been thinking about this several times, and comes 
down too how often the information changes and wether we can contain all 
information on these pages in the wiki... the applets should be no problem... 
what about the fah pages?

The online documentation needs to remain in processable format, as in the 
current setup. The XML can serve as intermediate for XSLT processing. 
Currently this is used for creating HTML for the Jmol application, and will 
use this too for the Bioclipse help system.

But, just as easily we could also create wiki sources from the XML... but 
since the source already is a HTML page, I don't think this makes sense...
