Hi all, Kubuntu/Debian now has the Sun JDK/JRE packages with Sun's new licensing scheme, making it possible to make a live CD with my favorite Java based tools, like Bioclipse, Jmol, JChemPaint, CDK.
Of course, the CD will also include OpenBabel, chemical mime, kfile_chemical ... I will try to make a first one tomorrow afternoon. If you want to see something on this CD, software, reading material, data (all open!), then leave a message at: http://wiki.cubic.uni-koeln.de/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=wiki:bolivecd Egon -- CUBIC blog: http://chem-bla-ics.blogspot.com/ ------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
