Dear JMol developer team, I am working on a programm that calculates the diffusioncoefficient of the atoms stored into a *.xyz file that was created by abinit-simulations. We use JMol to show the calculation results of our abinit calculations. No I want to integrate my little programm as a plugin for JMol. That works fine allready, but here is my Question:
How can I find out the path and the name of the currently loaded datafile that is shown by JMol - within my plugin. At the moment my pugin uses a menuitem in the plugin-menu an the user has selecht the filename again. Thank you verry much for any help.
