just a follow up comment to this thread -
I think there is now the potential danger that the FileManager loads
new data while some
scripts are being executed. Somehow this should be linked to each
other so there should
either be a script termination happen at file-load or the loading
should wait until the scripts
have finished.
For the moment, I think the best thing to do is to send an "exit"
script command to Jmol before
loading a new file.
