Summary: halos on spacefill off

Initial Comment:
Currently, "set display selected" (orange halo around
the atom) only works if spacefill is ON.
I find it interesting to have this functionality also
for stick models, where spacefill is OFF but wireframe
is ON. One can easily click on an atom in such a model,
or want to highlight atoms selected by script.

On 10.2.0, this works on wireframe as small orange halos,
visible up to wireframe 10; over that, the bond is wider
than the halo.
(Just wanted to make a note of this; don't know if this was
so when I posted the original request, or it has been fixed
later; anyway, bigger halos are needed so that they can be
used on stick models).

I should say, the FIX for this was part of my changes in
Feb; I agree -- halo should be independent of spacefill and
wireframe. This can produce a very nice effect, even with no
wireframe. It should be easily corrected when the shape and
atom visibility flags are added back in, because then all
the types of atom display -- wireframe, spacefill, dots,
halo, vibration vectors, and stars -- will all be
independently set.

Miguel -- this is a reminder that much of what I did in
relation to visibilityFlags also served to completely remove
any flag setting in the renderers -- leaving them solely as
renderers, not state-setters, as per our previous
discussions and your earlier wishes. Thus, atom and shape
visibility flags serve two purposes:

(1) identify the current state of the model display
(2) allow for abstraction of all nonrendering functionality
    from the renderers.

For halos I added one additional JmolConstants.SHAPE_HALO
constant, which is NOT < JmolConstants.SHAPE_MAX (because
there is no separate Halo class).

Miguel,

This was part of my changes in Feb; needs attention when we
add back in the shape visibility flags.
