Hi, I have described this problem before, but since Jmol 11.0 seems to brewing, it would be nice if it was fixed.
Essentially, the bug is that if you have an application using the the Jmol library and call viewer.scriptWait() it causes the app to hang indefinitely. Bob Hanson diagnosed the problem previously, and made what he described as a 'hack' fix in 10.x.30b. This version actually works great for me. Subsequent versions including the current 11.0beta have reverted to brokenness. The scriptQueue functionality doesn't help me, as it is necessary to read in a molecule within the app code then immediately perform operations which depend on the new molecule.
