We can talk about it if you want, but it was totally unnecessary. The 
good thing, I suppose, is that it all breaks in a "can't compile" way, 
but I would really appreciate it if we did NOT commit at any point code 
that breaks the SVN. I've undone that Point3fi commit on my local 
machine. Unless you really feel it's important and want to take the time 
yourself to go through all the code and revise, I'd rather not have it 
there. Or, if I'm mistaken and it's really a piece of cake, let me know. 
What I was finding were things now like:

atom1.distance(atom2)

in place of

atom1.point3f.distance(atom2.point3f)

Should

atom1.distance(atom2)

work?
