I know Peter looked at those files and declared some of them improper CML, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. They will get the CML reader going and decide what files are genuine CML and what aren't. I'll check that Gaussian file. It might be fair to say we won't support MO reading in Gaussian 94, but it certainly should not fail so completely.
