OK, deleted that file. Jmol seems to have trouble with a <molecule> inside a 
<molecule>... the file was wellformed and even valid last time. The above 
hierarchy is allowed, but uses an ancient, unused CML convention, and does 
not even register this convention (read about CML conventions in my article 
in IJC in 2001).
