I was just thinking that Jmol-documentation/script_documentation JmolScriptDocumentation Jmol-web/source/doc/script Jmol-web/source/doc/scripting
is getting a bit confusing. If there were some way of putting this together in a more logical way, I'm all for it. My first thougth was at least to change the name "script_documentation" to "interactive", but I think it is more than that. Part of the confusion for me, at least, is that we have "documentation that goes on the web" and "documentation that is about the applet" and "documentation that is about the application" "documentation that goes on the web" --the Jmol web site --the interactive script documentation (currently at St. Olaf) --the wiki "documentation that is about the applet" --the Jmol.js documentation "documentation that is about the application" --xml documentation More? It would be great to have an actual directory-based organization somehow along these lines, but I don't know the best way to do that. May Angel has thought more about this.
