Summary: Measurements dialog available to JMolApplet

Initial Comment:
G'day,

It is not obvious, especially for new users, that the
way to delete a measurement label is to click on each
of it's atoms. This can also be a bit difficult,
especially for complex structures.

The Measurements table provides a much simpler
alternative way of deleting measurement labels but it
is only available to the JMol application.

Therefore, it would be useful if the Measurements table
were available to the JMolApplet accessible from, say,
a "Measurements" > "Table..." item in the popup menu.

I understand that the dialog is a Swing component,
whereas JMolApplet has a predominantly AWT GUI
(explaining why the dialog is not available to the
applet). Therefore, some Swing-detection logic will be
necessary during GUI construction to ensure that the
dialog is only rendered where Swing is available.

applet menu now has a richer measurement submenu, not the
dialog described here, but simpler, and it allows for
listing the measurements in the applet console.

open another feature request if this does not satisfy.
