Summary: echo - prior to loading model

Initial Comment:
Since loading of larger models can take quite a while
it would be useful to be able to place an echo message
like "Loading file, please wait..." into the applet
window prior to loading the model.

in addition.... It turns out that enabling echo enables
everything else. Want a pmesh? draw points and spin around
them? a curved arrow? dipole? These are all objects that
don't necessarily depend upon there being any atoms at all.
Oh, my....

this is done. Jmol now allows echo initially, prior to model
loading, or after zap.
