That's my point exactly. Obviously something is not right. The only thing ZAP does not do is open a reader stream. Could it be that the stream reader is not closing out properly? The challenge is to find where Jmol is not "recycling" properly. This large file, with minimum memory, is our chance to figure this out. By the way, you need to copy Jmol.bat to the build directory as well. Or change "home" to ./build. I'm not sure which. Where should I be running Jmol.bat from?
