I would like to ask for your comments on these: 1.- I am going to update the splash image so that it says (c)2006 (currently 2004), also the "about" page (currently 2005). I see the relevant files are duplicated, under /trunk/Jmol/src/org/openscience/jmol and /trunk/Jmol/bin/org/openscience/jmol a) do you agree? b) should I change both files, under bin and src, or only one?
2.- I consider the surface documentation at http://biomodel.uah.es/jmol/surface/ as pretty complete. Some work is needed regarding orbitals, but I don't understand enough of it to write that. I'm happy to keep the page in my server and right now it is linked from the Wiki, but I think it would be good to put it within Jmol's website, so users wil find it easily. a) do you agree? b) where? Maybe a new "surface" folder under "/trunk/Jmol- web/source/doc/docs" and a link from docs/index.htm? Any other precaution, or may I just edit/add files and commit them? 3.- Other docs that might be moved from Wiki to website: a) Instructions for using the mouse b) Atom sets predefined in Jmol (this is more of a scripting nature, maybe we could add it within Bob's doc?) ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
