Summary: Labels for draw objects

Initial Comment:
The draw command allows to draw different kinds of
objects, but what is missing (as far as I know) is the
possibility to attach a label to these objects.

The default attachment point could be the first
construction point. It would be nice to be able to
choose a different one, for example with the following
syntax:

label $plane1 3 "corner 3"

(this would label the third corner of a plane object)

Another less good alternative for labelling draw
objects would be the possibility to set labels at
specific ccordinates unrelated to any atom.

3d echo plus getProperty shapeinfo should take care of this.
