Hi, I was wondering if the "logger" member of the AtomSetCollectionReader is still useful.
For me, we could remove it and rather user the org.jmol.util.Logger utility class in the readers. That would be a lot better, enabling to use the various levels of Logger (debug, warn, error, ...) rather than the single level of logger. And also simplifying by removing the JmolAdapter.Logger class and its use. Bob, Egon, others ... What do you think ?
