Summary: jmolSetAppletColor is not working

jmolSetAppletColor() does not work in 11.0RC1
Example:
jmolInitialize("./")
jmolSetAppletColor('orange')
jmolApplet(400)
The applet gets orange, then quickly switches to black.

I knew it is Jmol.js, but didn't dare to fiddle with the code.
Since you've given the solution, I'll apply it and commit the change.
