I've updated Jmol.js and check.htm at http://www.stolaf.edu/academics/chemapps/jmol/docs/examples-11/check.htm
to better handle putting checkboxes like this in tables. The HTML coding may look a bit cludgy, but that's because I wanted to demonstrate doing it with all-Jmol.js functions and really anyone doing this probably wants full control over the table tags anyway. All I did was make the <span> codes work around <td> tags in the label html. Will this suffice?
