I propose locking in the current release candidate for 11.0 as "11.0". 
There has been very little action on this lately, and the bug fixes are 
quite minimal. I believe 10.2 can be considered completely deprecated.

Also, 11.1.14 is SUCH a big addition, with all the arithmetic/variable 
processing (see accompanying Jmol-users posting), I propose we copy it 
as 11.2.RC1 in a new branch for bug fixes only and release it as such, 
and rename it 11.3.1 in the trunk for continued development.

I note that the actual amount of Jar space due to these additions is 
only about 6K, because I was able to improve code efficiency in other 
respects.
